1. Weekly Newsletter is sent by Mindshare Team (no more than 3 sponsors may add native content per week)
2. A maximum of two solo emails may be sent within a 14 day period
3. Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
4. We will not mail more than 3x a week to our list (including the messenger)
5. No solo emails may be sent the day the messenger is sent
6. Native copy must be submitted 21 days prior to publication
7. Solo Copy must be submitted 45 days prior to publication

Here’s a quick overview of what each of these deliverables include:

Native email: Your content is added to our weekly email newsletter, which will include other content from us, and potentially other sponsors. Content should be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.

Solo email: Your content is emailed to our list directly. 100% of the email is focused on your business. Solo email slots fill up quickly, therefore we recommend scheduling 8+ weeks in advance and content should be received 8 weeks before send date.

Sponsored Facebook Post: We will promote you using content of 200 words or less, a graphic and a link to your landing page or promotion within our private group. Content should be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.

Podcast Episode Mentions: We launched the Mindshare Mindcast this year – click here to subscribe. Episode mentions are when JJ or Karl recommend you or your company and promote that you’re one of the best in your industry.

Podcast Ad Mentions: An ad mention on the podcast works in a similar way to a native radio ad. We’ll speak about / promote your product / launch / promotion, and recognize you as a sponsor of Mindshare. We produce one to two podcast episodes a week, so details should be submitted a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.

Product Launch/Promotion: Opportunity to co-host a webinar or FB Live with JJ and/or Karl to promote your product / launch / promotion with an additional solo email getting people to register. JJ and Karl have very busy calendars, therefore we ask that you schedule your webinar/FB Live 12+ weeks in advance or we may not be able to accommodate.

To recap the financial terms of your Platinum Shared Success Sponsorship:

Mindshare will earn a commission on each of the following products sold to our community:

• Upon review of your sponsor contract I noticed Attachment A – Shared Success Commission Plan wasn’t filled in. I will need to send a new contract to you to include the your products and commission rate.

A non-refundable pre-paid Commission Deposit against future Net affiliate commissions in the amount of ($25,000) has already been paid. Once Net Commissions earned on purchases made by Mindshare members for the Sponsorship Period of 12 months from the start of the 2019 Summit exceed the Pre-Paid Commission paid, then Sponsor agrees to make additional Commission Payments on Net Sales of the products listed above.

Commission payments are due within 60 days of sale. If Commissions from aggregate Net Sales for the Sponsorship Period do not exceed the amount of Pre-paid Commission, no additional Commissions will be due.

Sales to Mindshare members under the Shared Success Plan option must be tracked by a verifiable means, such as unique affiliate tracking links or other verifiable means provided by Sponsor and reported to Mindshare monthly, where “Net Sales” shall equal gross sales made during the Period, less any returns.

Please remember that our communications calendar can accommodate up to 2 mailings per week, and time slots for emails, social posts, webinar/FB Live and podcast ad / mentions will be reserved in order of request.
